One of the great iconic sports cars of all time, the brutish AC Cobra, with its exaggerated styling and big V8 engine makes a perfect car to replicate.

In 2006 WA company G-Force introduced their King Cobra model, with many upgrades, after 18 years of production – and this car is an example of that.

This project was commenced in 2006 by the current owner. The car was completed and registered in 2015. By the time it was completed, in addition to his time, around $105,000 had been spent on the car.

A new Ford Mustang Cobra V8 (quad-cam) of 4.6-litres was purchased for the car, along with a Tremec 5-speed TR 3650-4 gearbox and the Jaguar suspension often used in these builds. A Motec M800 engine management system was fitted.

In the car’s extensive history file are permit application and compliance details.

It is finished in a beautiful colour scheme of rich metallic blue with white stripes and a tasteful grey interior. The polished alloy roll hoop, chromework in the bumpers, windscreen surround, exhaust and minor fittings complement the blue colour very well. The car certainly presents well inside and out.

The odometer shows just 5195 km.

Everything has been built to compliance regulations and the car is well sorted. It’s a striking car with tremendous presence and performance.
