A very rare opportunity to buy a Perth-delivered 600. These hand-made uber-luxury cars were built to the highest possible standard of technology and quality. Every possible luxury was included, and the car powered by a 6.3-litre V8 engine. A 600 was the most expensive new car you could buy in 1969.
This car was one of a few sold new in Perth and has been with its current owner for 20 years. It has been cherished by its owner and maintained by experts. The interior has benefitted from a $50,000 restoration, which is very impressive.
The original service book and a history file are with the car, verifying the 94,000 miles on the odometer. It drives beautifully and has a tremendous presence on the road. Opportunities to buy good 600s come up very rarely. Don’t miss this chance. Registered UEY 434 as it was originally in 1969.

REDUCED from $45,000 – Here’s a truck with a remarkable story. Sold new by Lynas Motors in Perth in 1950, it has never been on the market since. Purchased for use for a family orchard business in the foothills, the Thames truck served in its role of taking produce to market until 1961, and was then laid up. Then, 12 years ago a very comprehensive restoration was undertaken, resulting in a better than new condition vehicle. Every aspect was rebuilt in a body-off restoration. You can’t help but be impressed by its condition.
Having taken the truck to shows – sometimes with its one-owner Ferguson tractor on the back, the owner is now getting too old to use the truck and it’s on the market for the first time in 73 years!
This truck has done just 44,300 miles from new. The model features a Ford flathead V8 engine of 3.6-litres and 4-speed gearbox, all matching numbers and rebuilt. It has decent performance from the torquey engine, but can’t be described as fast… It’s rated at 5 tons.
The number plates DR 1164 were the plates it was issued with in 1950.

Great value – Widely recognized as one of the most elegant cars of all time, the 280SL is the final and best version of the Pagoda SL. And this car has the best specification, being automatic with power steering and air conditioning.
With one family in the USA from new, the car has recently gone through engineering approval and licensed in WA.
It has a new soft-top in the correct material, recent shock absorbers and battery. Hardtop and soft-top. It drives well and presents very attractively. Being LHD, the owner has been very realistic in setting his price for the car. Act now and buy in time to enjoy for Summer.

A lovely, well-sorted example of the iconic early Mustang in arguably its most attractive body style. This car has been in WA for over a decade, having been an Arizona car. It’s fitted with the 289 V8, automatic transmission and air conditioning.
It’s a correct, unmodified, rust free, matching numbers car, which the owner advises has always proven to be very reliable and great fun to drive.
While there are plenty of Mustangs on the market usually, a good, tidy – and matching numbers – example like this are hard to find.

Designed in the pre-GM period when Vauxhalls were high quality cars akin to Bentleys and Sunbeams, the 6-cylinder 20R60 had advanced specification and was available with several body styles.
This very attractive Roadster was comprehensively restored in the early 2000s and has since been a winner of many awards around Australia.
6-wheel equipped and with full wet weather gear, the car is finished in a very attractive colour scheme. Built in relatively small numbers, these are very rare anywhere in the world. Number plates 20R60 go with the car to a WA buyer. Great value – don’t miss out…

The VC is a model of Valiant which had an excellent reputation for quality and longevity. This survivor is a tidy and correct example, with the 225 cu-in Slant Six engine and Torqueflite automatic transmission. It has a rear Venetian blind, Centreline wheels and an upgraded sound system.
The paint ahead of the windscreen could do with attention, having had some flaking off its panels, which has been sprayed over. The car’s brightwork, interior, etc, are good.
The current owner has had the Valiant for a decade during which time it’s proven very reliable. Always well maintained, it promises many years of faithful service ahead. With confident styling and an excellent reputation for reliability, it’s easy to see why these are sought after by collectors.

Price reduced – A very nicely presented example with a few additional features such as screens in the headrests for rear passengers, an upgraded Alpine sound system, gold-spoked Nardi wood-rim steering wheel, colour-coded bumpers and Bentley Turbo headlight setup. The Spirit of Ecstasy mascot is also gold plated. It has the optional separate rear seats.
All this in addition to the usual Rolls-Royce quality, luxury and fitments. The car has an excellent service history and drives like a dream. Bargain buying. Registered ELECTRUM.

All the glamour of the early ‘60s is embodied in this gorgeous Mercedes Sports. Like most 190SLs produced, this car was shipped new to the USA where wealthy buyers couldn’t get enough of these stylish 2-seater sports car with its reliable 1.9 motor and high quality of build.
In 2010 the car was comprehensively restored by a specialist company in the USA, inside and out, underneath and all mechanicals rebuilt. Then the next owner, being very particular, had the car completely repainted to a very high standard a few years later.
The car was sold to an Australian and left St Louis, Missouri arriving in Perth in November 2019. It has since been a part of a private collection, being used regularly and showing exceptional reliability.
New tyres have been fitted and it’s been upgraded with a Weber carburettor conversion – quite a desirable and sensible change for this model.
The chromework gleams, the interior leather and hardware is spot-on, the soft top is excellent and the car looks quite beautiful. Under the bonnet and in the boot the car also presents very well too.
With other projects on the go, the owner has decided to sell and it’s priced very realistically – check out others on the market.
